The Administration Committee oversees and monitors all activities in order to promote the effectiveness of the Club’s operations.  In particular the Committee should assist the Secretary in organizing weekly meetings and Club Assemblies by tracking members’ attendance, planning special programmes and ensuring timely production of the Club Bulletin.
 
The Committee also supports the Membership Committee in welcoming new members and ensuring their awareness of Club policies, procedures, practices and programmes as well as expectations for their fullest possible involvement in Club activities.  In preparing periodic reports about current and future activities this Committee brings coherence to decisions taken by the Board of Directors, the work of the Service Projects Committee and information in the monthly Club Bulletin.  Performing these function effectively will ensure that members are provided with up-to-date information about the Club’s programmes and plans and will also facilitate the Committee’s submission of periodic mandatory  reports required by District 7030 and Rotary International.
