The PAUL HARRIS Fellow is an award given to those who have given $1000 dollars possibly over several years to our foundation or by a sponsor that has given the money in your name for extraordinary services rendered. It is one of the most prestigious awards in Rotary and thereby named after the founder of Rotary, Paul Harris.

Dr. Yesu Persaud, Cliford Reis, and Mrs. Cecilia Validuim were recognized as a Paul Harris Fellows in special appreciation for the ways in which their lives exemplifies the humanitarian and educational objectives of the Rotary Foundation.

Besides members of the Rotary Club of Georgetown they now stand with notables such as Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela, Kofi Anann, Prince Charles, Indira Gandhi, Luciano Pavarotti, King Hussein of Jordan and Pope John Paul II.
